Il Presidente di A.S. Pistoia Basket 2000 srl Joseph Mark David comunica che, avendo oggi ricevuto nelle proprie mani le dimissioni dei Consiglieri Massimo Capecchi, Dario Baldassarri e Steven Raso attualmente in carica, ritiene opportuno rimettere all’assemblea dei soci anche il proprio incarico e quindi decide di rinviare il Consiglio di Amministrazione previsto per domani, giovedì 27 marzo 2025, a data da destinarsi. A breve, senza indugio, lo stesso Presidente convocherà l’Assemblea dei soci della società per l’elezione del nuovo consiglio di amministrazione.

The President of A.S. Pistoia Basket 2000 srl Joseph Mark David announces that, having today received in his hands the resignations of the Directors Massimo Capecchi, Dario Baldassarri and Steven Raso currently in office, he deems it appropriate to also submit his own resignation to the shareholders’ meeting and therefore decides to postpone the Board of Directors scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday 03/27/2025, to a date to be determined.
Shortly, without delay, the President himself will call the Shareholders’ Meeting of the company for the election of the new Board of Directors.
